At væry, we believe a great scent isn't just an accessory; it’s your personal identity.
We’re a couple of self-proclaimed scent obsessives who spent years hunting down unique fragrances and matchmaking signature scents to our friends' personalities. Somewhere between curating our own collection and experimenting with blends, we asked ourselves a dangerous question—why not turn this obsession into something bigger?

Our Perfumes
What fragrance concentration are væry perfumes?
væry fragrances are crafted as Extrait de Parfum, containing an impressive 30% oil concentration. As one of the highest concentrations in fine perfumery, this ensures a rich, luxurious fragrance experience with maximum depth and multi-layered wear time.
How long does a væry edp last on skin and clothes?
Expect 6 to 8 hours of continuous wear when applied directly to pulse points. On textiles and fabrics, the fragrance holds its rich base notes even longer, lasting around 8 to 10 hours.
How should I apply perfume for maximum longevity?
Proper application makes all the difference! Because væry is an Extrait de Parfum, a little goes a long way. Spray 2–3 spritzes on your main pulse points—such as the base of your throat and inner wrists—and let the oils set naturally. For an extended scent trail, spritz fabric or outer layers before stepping out.

Orders & Account Management
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating a væry account allows you to track orders in real time, view your purchase history, save shipping addresses, and enjoy faster checkout for future releases.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify your shipping address, size, or items, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@vaery.shop with your order number. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes cannot be guaranteed.
How do pre-orders or limited-batch releases work?
We operate on a limited-run collection model. Every fragrance we release is produced in small, numbered batches. Once a scent sells out, it’s gone, making way for us to explore, discover, and launch brand-new scents. If you fall in love with a profile, we recommend securing your bottle before the batch ends!
How will I know my order was successfully placed?
Upon completing checkout, an automated order confirmation email containing your order summary and reference number will be sent immediately. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam/promotions folder.
Can I apply a promotional code after my order is placed?
Promotional codes must be entered during checkout before completing your order. We are unable to apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. However, for taking the time to read our FAQs, you can use code VAERYFAQ5 for 5% off your purchase right now!
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Currently, væry delivers nationwide throughout the Philippines. International shipping isn't available quite yet, but we are working hard behind the scenes to bring our scents abroad soon—fingers crossed!
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total order weight. We occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on orders meeting a minimum spending threshold (announced via our banner and newsletter).
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Metro Manila & Cavite: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of Luzon: 3 to 5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5 to 8 business days
- Pre-Orders: Dispatched according to the timeline listed on the specific product page.
How are perfumes packaged for shipping?
Fragrance bottles are fragile, so we pack every Vaery bottle in custom, drop-tested protective boxes using recyclable eco-wrap cushioning to ensure your perfume arrives completely safe and intact.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Who pays for return shipping costs?
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged parcel, or fulfillment error on our part, væry will cover all courier expenses.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email our team at hello@vaery.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for return (include photos if reporting a defect). Our team will review your request and send return shipping instructions within 24–48 hours.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned parcel is received at our studio and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
What if I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with photos/videos showing the issue and your order number. We will prioritize your issue and send out an immediate replacement.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST / GMT+8). Inquiries received outside business hours or over the weekend will be answered on the next business day.
How fast can I expect a response to my inquiry?
We aim to respond to all emails and messages within 24 hours on business days. Response times may be slightly longer during new collection launch days or holiday periods.
Do you accept press, wholesale, or corporate gifting inquiries?
