When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery times are:
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
- Rest of the Philippines: 4–7 business days
You will receive a email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Nationwide Shipping: ₱100 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Applied automatically on all orders over ₱1,500
What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, we accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For safety and quality control, opened, used, or unsealed fragrance bottles are final sale and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. Sale or promotional items are also final sale unless defective upon arrival.
